She was an engaged listener and helped me find a downtown Columbus OH condo property that was perfect for me and my situation. She educated me with regards to the importance of well funded reserves when buying a condo. Throughout the homebuying process, I felt supported by a professional team of experts. Recently, life changed and I needed to relocate out of state. Once again, I hired Lee Ritchie and her team; this time to sell my property. She used her extensive expertise in the local market to help us appropriately price the home for sale. She has a keen eye for design and effortlessly arranged our furnishings to stage our home.
