Lauren was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Her knowledge really helped us out dealing with the probate situation on my late Aunts house. We received many offers right of the bat and had no problem with the sale! She gave good advise as to what offer we should accept.

We first met Lauren when our daughter and her husband were looking to purchase their first home. Lauren knowledge of the shoreline and vast network in the community provided not only realistic options, but she guided our daughter through the first time home buyer process. The closing on the house happened in March of 2020, just as the pandemic lock down occurred. This was a very stressful, unprecedented time, and Lauren managed the process and accomplished the near impossible. The house closed with out an issue! In late 2025, my elderly aunt and uncle were looking to sell their home and move to a retirement community. My wife and I agreed there was only one person to list this hose with- Lauren. This was a very unique home that had the same owner for 60 years. Lauren made our elderly relatives feel completely at ease and won their trust immediately. Lauren held open houses and made sure the home was visible on all social media platforms and an offer came in higher than expected. The home closed 30 days later. We will use Lauren for all buy/sell needs for our family and friends and highly recommend her to all who are in the market.

She made the entire process seamless, handling everything from offering virtual tours, to late-night calls (due to the time zone difference), and in-person showings with my daughter, with incredible professionalism and a cheerful attitude. Lauren’s communication was impeccable, always keeping me informed and feeling like I was right there, even thou I was thousands of miles away and helping my daughter understand east coast properties at the in-person showings. The first thing I noticed with working with Lauren was her very quick with response time. It was the one thing I was nervous about when hiring such an active realtor. I am very organized and prompt and she was very impressive in that area. This translated over when it came time to take action on all tasks needed to prep and list our property. Lauren asked our goals for the sale and then advised an approach to achieve them. We trusted the approach and by the end, checked all the boxes of things we wanted to accomplish. We sold a 4 unit multi-family which comes with navigating tenants. Lauren was there facilitating the communication with myself, inspectors, appraisers, and my tenants. As a seller you sometimes have unrealistic expectations of what your house is worth etc. Instead of blindly agreeing, she was not afraid to tell us her direct approach for pricing, as well as a check list of some small things to complete before listing to optimize how we would perform when listed. That is what professionals do. Also, her photography team was awesome and that feature really leveled up the listing construct and overall aesthetic. There were no other 4 family comps in the area and we needed to get this listing right or it could have hurt us. We overall had a great experience. Under contract in 48 hours and 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I were looking on and off at houses for almost a year, and Lauren always took the time to help us look at a house, at fairly short notice often. She was always available via email for questions and never made us feel like we weren't worth her time, even though we weren't looking at million dollar homes. When we did finally decide to put in an offer, she was extremely focused and determined to get us a good deal. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to buy.
