The team Zagit and Fidel were a real blessing to work with! Zagit was our retailer and my husband had spoken to Fidel on a couple occasions. We thank God for the beautiful house and the easy process to get it!!! We are so thankful for how everything turned out with our purchase. There was no pressure during any of the showings or to pursue a house, Zagit was very genuine in trying to help us find a house that was right for us and not just make a sale. We felt like all our questions were answered and that he went above and beyond to get us the house that we so love!

Fidel Batres was amazing! He came to check out the home I was selling right away. Was very honest and real with me on what needed to be fixed and what didn't prior to selling, and boy was he right on the money. We had a different realtor before and the home didn’t sell. We got Fidel and we were able to close on the property as soon as he found a buyer! It was an easy, flawless process. I recommend Fidel Batres to sell or find your home!

When mom passed I needed to sell her house and when the sale of her home failed the first time Fidel jumped in with a new buyer. From start to finish Fidel had the answers I needed. Everything went smooth with the sale of my home. I would use Fidel again. Fidel has a very friendly demeanor which makes him very easy to work with. When I would text him he responded very quickly. Fidel is pretty well known around here because when I tell people about my sale several people actually either knew him or knew of him. Keller Williams was wise to hire Fidel and I’m sure he is a top agent. I don’t plan on moving but if I do I’ll be giving Fidel a call as I enjoyed working with him. I haven’t run into anybody that has had any bad experiences with him.
