I had an excellent experience working with Jessica and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.I moved out of state while the house was on the market which presented some challenges, but she made the entire process remarkably smooth. She connected me with reliable painters and other local professionals to help prepare the house for sale, coordinated the details, and kept everything moving forward when I couldn't be there in person.Her guidance and market expertise paid off as the house sold immediately. Throughout the process, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and an excellent communicator. I always felt informed and confident that she had my best interests in mind. Jessica and Aspen were terrific! As a first time home buyer, Jessica walked me through the process and what to expect, she also has connections for any resources (loans, inspections, appraisals, etc.) if I didn't choose my own. She helped me find the right house for me, then she negotiated a great price (and was willing to negotiate for more). This group is professional and experienced, the whole process was incredibly smooth. They were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend. I love my new home.

Jessica and her team are absolutely AMAZING!! We wanted to get our house on the market quickly--they helped us coordinate repairs, stage the home, and get it on the market in under 2 weeks! Our house went under contract for over asking price the first weekend it was on the market--a godsend with 3 young kids at home! Jessica was super quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us coordinate anything we needed :) She and her team are also helping us on the buying side and have been equally as awesome there. We can't thank them enough!
